Ghanaians are celebrating a medical graduate, Kwame Larry Tay, for winning 19 out of 20 awards in the graduating class of fresh Doctors of Veterinary Medicine at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology ( KNUST).
Ben Dotsei Malor, a former presidential spokesperson, led the flurry of commendation and praise for the young doctor.
"Dr Larry Kwame Tay - my nephew - I salute, celebrate and honour you. To God Be The Glory. Well done and many congratulations. We are proud of you. Many more honours. Cheers," he wrote on Facebook.
Dr Tay was a student of the Mawuli School in Ho.
