If beauty is anything to go by then President Mahama would definitely be re-elected in the December elections. This is the argument of former Ashanti regional minister for the NDC, Joseph Yamin.
Joseph Yamin argues that apart achievements and infrastructural development, beauty and charisma mostly determines the chance of a candidate during general elections. In fact, Yamin believes that former president John Agyekum Kufuor won the 2000 elections mainly because of his stature and "handsomeness".
Joseph Yamin's argument follows claims made against Nana Addo regarding his health and age.
Nana Addo was later cited for battling a terminal illness of which his personal doctor publicly denied.
