Three Spaniards have invented a hands-free urinal dubbed Urinal 2.0 to help clean and dry genitals after using the gents.

The Urinal 2.0 uses sensors to detect when men have finished their business before dousing the private parts with a spray of soapy water lasting just three seconds.

Once covered, a blast of hot air dries the genitals so they can be slipped back into their underwear.
