Vice-presidential candidate of the People's National Convention (PNC), Emmanuel Anyidoho, is predicting chaos in Ghana should the National Democratic Congress (NDC) win the presidential election.
Citing cases of Ghana's protracted energy crisis, the economic crisis, unemployment, and corruption, Emmanuel Anyidoho says there is the likelihood of Ghana to experience an Arab Spring should President Mahama be retained as president.
Anyidoho in an interview with ClassFM in Accra says "if the right things are done, we can stop any chaos and that means that if [the PNC] is voted in power, we will do the right things which will reduce disaffection in the system”.
Meanwhile, President Mahama in highlighting NDC's manifesto has assured Ghanaians of prosperous years ahead should his administration be re-elected to office.
During the presentation of the manifesto, Mahama revealed that Ghana's economy will be one of the best in West Africa as his party plans of expanding infrastructure, access to health care and education.
