The National Democratic Congress (NDC) flagbearer has picked up presidential nomination forms from the Electoral Commission.
The form was picked by the deputy general secretary of the NDC, Koku Anyidoho on behalf of President John Mahama.
The Electoral Commission announced last week that presidential nominees would pay GHc50,000 as filing fee while parliamentary aspirants will pay GHc10,000.
Meanwhile, four political parties have so far picked presidential nomination forms in a bid to unseat incumbent President Mahama in the December 7 general elections.
Madam Akua Donkor of the Ghana Freedom Party (GFP), Kofi Akpaloo of the Independent People’s Party (IPP), Akwasi Addai Odike of the United Progressive Party (UPP) and Nana Agyenim- Boateng of the United Front Party (UFP) have all picked their forms.
