Wa All Stars are the new champions of the Ghana Premier League 2015/16 season. They clinch the trophy on Wednesday after beating Aduana Stars by two goals to one.
The penultimate round of matches did not end without controversy, as Aduana Stars threatened to boycott the game twice after the referee awarded two penalties against them.
Wa All Stars who played home took the lead after only four minutes after Paul Asare scored from open play.
But Aduana, who themselves desperately needed at least a point from the game, fought hard for the equaliser and were rewarded in the 10th minute when Bright Adjei equalised.

Both sides huffed and puffed for the winner until the 83rd minute when Wa All Stars benefited from a second penalty which was expertly converted by Sadiq Alhassan.
Aduana failed to equalise, handing Wa All Stars their first ever league title with one match to spare.
