President John Mahama again asserted himself as the commander-in-chief of the Ghana Armed Forces when he wore an army ceremonial attire on Friday.
Mahama wore the attire to the commissioning of the newly trained officers of the Ghana Armed Forces at the Military Academy & Training School in Accra.
He said his administration would continue to retool the security services to provide the necessary security the nation deserves.
The president also called on all Ghanaians to be minded of their civic duties in the interest of the nation.
Last month, President Mahama drew attention when he wore an army uniform to the commissioning of the naval headquarters complex at Burma Camp in Accra.
