The National Democratic Congress (NDC) is not happy with the way the opposition, New Patriotic Party refers to President John Dramani Mahama as incompetent.
And most especially the (NDC) Parliamentary Candidate for the Walewale Constituency in the Northern Region, Abdulah Abubakari doesn't seem to handle this development quite well.
Speaking at the Northern Regional Campaign Launch in Bimbila, Abdullah Abubakar cautioned members of the NPP to desist from tagging Mahama as an incompetent president.
The begrudged Member of Parliament noted that the tag of incompetency would be more appropriate for the flagbearer of the NPP, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo.
Mr. Abubakari highlighted Nana Addo's "failure to win the presidential bid for the New Patriotic Party twice and his inability to resolve disunity in the NPP" as clear indicators that the NPP flagbearer was indeed the incompetent one.

The MP continued his tirade, saying it was due to the "comptencies" of John Dramani Mahama that people voted him into power in 2012. He said, "It is because Ghanaians saw the competencies in President John Dramani Mahama that is why they gave him the mandate to lead the country and they will retain him come December, 2016."
He entreated members of the constituency campaign team to assume the role of preaching the achievement of the party.
