The national women's organizer of the main opposition New Patriotic Party (NPP), Otiko Djaba, has accused the incumbent National Democratic Congress (NDC) of practicing witchcraft ahead of the elections.
Otiko Djaba says the NDC's attempt to kill Nana Addo alive is a clear indication of sorcery.
According to Otiko Djaba, the NPP will begin a one-week prayer and fasting session, beginning Monday, September 26 to October 2, to deliver their flagbearer from the “evil and demonic machinations" of the NDC.
“So because of politics Nana Addo should be buried alive? Because somebody wants to remain president by force they should kill Nana Addo? This is a dangerous phenomenon. It is sacrilegious and so we should condemn it and pray against it. How come they didn’t bury Akua Donkor or Ayariga or Nduom?” Otiko asked.
The bizarre pictures of Nana Addo's supposed coffin emerged online showing NDC supporters at the NDC campaign launch take turns to carry the coffin around the Coronation park.
