The leader of the Glorious Word Ministry, Reverend Isaac Owusu-Bempah, has called on Ghanaian celebrities to either join him in his church for prayers or risk losing their lives.

His prophecy appears to have been confirmed by the deaths of celebrities such as Bob Okala, Solomon Sampah, Nii Odoi Mensah, George Williams, Danny Nettey, Daasebre Gyamerah, Kofi Middleton Mends, Nkomode, Omanhene Pozo, George Forest and Isaac Yeboah.

In an interview with Accra-based Rainbow Radio, Bishop Owusu Bempah said the frequent celebrity deaths were not natural and called for serious prayers to avert them.

“The need has come for some stars to gather every month at my church, Glorious Word Ministry International for serious prayers because the deaths are not natural. We cannot have about ten celebrities dying within a year. There is more to it than what we are seeing and the time to pray is now,” he said.

He said having accurately predicted the deaths of Castro and Komla Dumor in the previous year, there was the need for celebrities to take his words seriously and visit his church for prayers.
