The New Patriotic Party (NPP) Member of Parliament for the Ablekuma West Constituency in the Greater Accra Region has advised Ghanaians to be cautious with how they relate with the opposite sex especially at the workplace.
Hon. Ursula Owusu Ekuful believes Ghanaians are naturally touchy and that could be problematic at certain instances.
Mrs Ekuful was taking viewers through the legal implications of sexual harassment when she appeared as guest on UTV’s “Mmra No Se S3n” programme.

She advised Ghanaians to address the issue and also recommended a sexual harassment policy for all corporate organisations.
The lawmaker recounted an incident that occurred at a Saudi Arabian shop while she was shopping with her son.
According her, she had bent to lift her son but felt someone acting strange behind her. Mrs Ekuful said the culprit (male) quickly ran away when she turned.
