Casi and Joey were the perfect couple: they met in 2004 at work, and they got married two years later, had two daughters named Chloe and Tenley, and to their surprise, they would enlarge the family with triplets!
They received the news in 2015 when their daughters were 6 and 2 years old, so this family from Kansas, United States, couldn’t be happier.
On January 26 of 2016, the tree babies were born: two boys and one girl.
But the happiness from that beautiful moment was overshadowed two days later when Casi alerted her husband about strong chest pain and abnormally fast heartbeat. In the hospital told her she had blood clots in her lungs, but as she didn’t present other symptoms, she was sent home.
The February 5th arrived, and it was a fatal day: Casi passed away. Only ten days had passed since the birth of her babies, and she was only able to hold them a couple of times because they were born premature, so they were kept in an incubator.
Now Jon takes care of his five children. And even when things get complicated, he always says he is grateful and in love with the woman of his life.

Asher, Levi, and Piper are the triplets product of the love of the couple. They, along with their older sisters, always make him remember Casi.
“It’s a blessing, a great responsibility that I assume with a lot of love, because I am their father, and they are the product of all Casi and I felt, and I will always feel until the end. I will raise them honoring their mother’s memory, always.”
