The Vice-President of Ghana, Kwesi Amissah-Arthur has described the New Patriotic Party's manifesto as 'reckless' and without any meaningful development plan for Ghana.
Touching on the policies on tax reduction, the one million dollars per constituency and the one-district-one-factory idea, the Vice president said that these policies would cripple development in such areas as there would be no monitoring system set up to track the rate of expenditure.
Speaking at a rally at the University of Cape Coast campus, the Vice President said that such policies would cost the country an immense amount of money with little returns , aside that the one million dollars per constituency was also not a feasible policy to implement.
His Excellency Amissah-Arthur therefore urged the people to not vote for the NPP as their policies could very well cause damage to the economy.
