Presidential candidate of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Nana Addo, is fully convinced that the massive turnout at his 5-day tour of the Volta region proves he will be Ghana's next president.
Nana Addo, addressing thousands of voters at the Nkwanta South Constituency, remarked that his campaign is indeed putting fear into the camp of Mahama's NDC.
"Everywhere I went in the Volta Region, residents came out in their numbers to listen to me...the World Bank people are shivering as the World Bank is tumbling," he boasted.
Nana Addo promised to "introduce an annual allocation of $1 million to all constituencies to facilitate development in the constituencies". This is he explained, "is to ensure all constituencies receive an equal dividend of the country's resources".
