It's now official, the electoral commission has given PPP flagbearer, Papa Kwesi Nduom, the go ahead to contest the 2016 presidential election.
The unprecedented ruling by the High court orders the electoral commission (EC) to all for Dr. Nduom to correct the minimal errors in his nomination forms.
This resounding victory for the PPP puts to a total, 5 presidential candidates standing for the highest office of Ghana ahead of the December 7 presidential election.
PPP, being a major third force party in Ghana, is likely to see the incumbent NDC and main opposition NPP threatened as the fierce election is bound to split votes among the three main political parties.
