Turnouts to the December 7 general elections keep getting dirty as the chief linguist of Edina in the Central region, Nana Amissah, invoked curses on any official of the EC including Charlotte Osei, who dares to rig the election.
The controversial linguist argues that God has ordained presidential candidate of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) winner of the December 7 polls thus "any staff of the EC including the chairperson, Charlotte Osei will incur the wrath of all 77 gods of Edina if they try to change the results."
The libation to the gods was made when Nana Addo paid a courtesy call on him this week.
"I invoke 77 gods of Edina to deal with any EC official who will rig the election because I know Nana Akufo-Addo will be the eventual winner," he said.
This development follows the number of suits filed against Charlotte Osei by parties who have been disqualified due to what the EC terms infractions in their nomination forms.
Meanwhile, the credibility of Charlotte Osei has been questioned ahead of the December polls following the number of legal suits she continues to lose and her perceived lack of preparedness for the December polls.
