Mrs Hibbard's bedroom
This python, which weighs more than 40 kg, was thought to be apparently living in the roof of Trina Hibberd’s home for over 10 years.

Snake-catcher Dave Goodwin was called in to help Hibberd with the python. It managed to start choking the man’s arm before he finally captured it inside a large jug.

Goodwin explained that the right way to catch the snake was precisely gleaning it to grab the arm, so he can then be caught in the head with a pair of tongs, which is the smallest part of the reptile. Otherwise, the tongs would not hold the animal’s large and thick body.
The snake, which was named Monty, was taken to a sewage pond, where authorities expect it might take care of a rat infestation that has been scouring the area for years.
