Shatta Wale advocates for the removal of Obour as MUSIGA president

Controversial dancehall artiste, Shatta Wale has began an advocacy that seeks to remove the President of the Musicians Union of Ghana (MUSIGA), Bice Osei Kuffour alias Obour.

According to Shatta Wale, the Obour-led administration is not serving the purpose of musicians like he should.

In a series of tweets, Shatta Wale described Odour as incompetent and a “disappointment to the youth”.

He went on to say musicians are suffering and urged his colleagues to come out to support his course.

Low and behold, after several series of tweets from the 34-year-old singer, another hipline artiste, D-Black threw his weight behind him. He also tweeted; “Very soon it will be a new breed! New industry rules,new opportunities, royalties paid & artists eat like they deserve to #TheMusigaTakeOver”.
