Masturbate more, it makes you healthier - scientists say

- Masturbation is healthy, and the more you are in it the better -- reseachers claim

- This simple pleasure positively affects your health and even reduces risk of prostate cancer

 Aside of being a great stress reliever, masturbation has a series of health benefits, according to a new study published in European Urology.

Scientists explain why masturbation improves your health

Researchers tracked 30,000 men for nearly 20 years and revealed a link between men ejaculation and prostate cancer.

They study found that men in their 20s who ejaculate at least 21 times a month are on average 19 % less likely to develop prostate cancer.

Moreover, even men in their 40s can reduce the chance of developing prostate cancer by around 22 % through regular sex or masturbation if sexual partner is not available.

See the results:

- Out of the 30,000 men who ejaculated 4 to 7 times a month, 1,041 developed prostate cancer

- Of the men who ejaculated 21 times a month or more, 290 developed prostate cancer

Commneting on the study resluts Jennifer Rider, a leading researchers, said: "Ejaculation frequency is, to some extent, a measure of overall health status in that men at the very low end of ejaculation.

Men who ejaculated form 0 to 3 times per month were more likely to have other (medical problems) and die prematurely from causes other than prostate cancer.

Our data suggests that ejaculation and safe sexual activity throughout adulthood could be a beneficial strategy for reducing the risk of prostate cancer."
