- Video of a father and daughter from Melbourne are going viral across the internet
- In the video the father is trying to copy his daughter’s gymnastics routine
- Despite not nailing every move he gets most of the moves done which isn’t pretty bad for a man his age
This video shows how a dad tries to copy his daughter’s gymnastics moves and even gets them most of the times.
However he doesn’t match the skill level that his daughter has and most of his attempts look painful.
However the 41-year-odl Melbourne father stated that by trying to copy his 9-year-olds gymnastics routines he was hurt only once.
“I was doing a flip on a trampoline and I shot backwards and hit the edge of it. That really hurt,” he recalled.
He adds: “Otherwise I have been lucky. If I fall I just pick myself up again. I’m not scared of falling. I hang off buildings for a living, and I used to be a water ski jumper, so I’m willing to give everything a go.”
Ash Mills is a high-rise window cleaner and tries to keep himself in the best physical condition he can.
The father said that his daughter Alex Mills took up the sport of gymnastics about three years ago and since then she has really loved doing all the routines.
“My daughter trains for 30 hours, six days a week and it’s serious, so we do what we can to keep it fun,” the father says.
The results his daughter is already displaying is proof that hard work and dedication really do pay off.
The father daughter duo have garnered thousands of followers on their Instagram page with their antics.
