Bring the violence on- Koku Anyidoho tells NPP, other parties

The deputy general secretary of the National Democratic Congress, Koku Anyidoho has stated that whle his party have no intention of starting any violence, they will not sit back quietly if anyone attempts to bring trouble their way.

"We will not start any act of violence but we will match New Patriotic Party (NPP) boot for boot, should they meet us with it”, he said.

Speaking on Adom TV earlier Thursday, Mr. Anyidoho said standing up the NPP or any other party's violence of any form is self-defense, which the constitution does not frown up.

Anyidoho further condemned violence and urged the youth to not follow blindly political leaders who ask them to incite violence on their behalf.
