Evidence emerging online is proving that infamous Ghanaian businessman Alfred Agbesi Woyome indeed signed another contract with the government of Ghana even though he has still not refunded the GHc51 million judgment debt illegally paid him which the Supreme Court has ordered him to refund to the state.
Pressure group Occupy Ghana discovered this deal that was made in December 2015 and said it was “shocked and outraged” to have come across the this evidence that proved that while the government was still struggling to get back the scandalous GHc51 million, it had gone to bed with the same enemy again.
Photos of the contracts were shared online showing that Mr. Woyome, as the Executive Chairman of Anator Holding Company signed a contract with the Ministry of Transport on the 21st of December, 2015.
The contract was for the “development of deep seaports, including and industrial park and green towns” somewhere in Ghana.
