Embattled businessman, Alfred Agbesi Woyome says his critics are jealous of his wealth and achievements.
According to him, every single transaction he or his company have been involved in with Ghana government are genuine and patriotic enterprises that are meant to transform the country.
Mr. Woyome made this comment in an interview on Joy FM responding to fresh allegations of ¢35 million contract with the government, in which he promised to build a Deep Sea Port.
But the NDC financier says the claim by his critics are false and untenable.
Woyome’s new contract comes at a time when he is struggling to negotiate a repayment plan for an amount of 51.2 million cedis illegally paid to him by government in 2010, an amount the Supreme Court has ordered him to refund to the state.
His company, Anator Holdings Limited signed the new ¢35million agreement with the former Transport Minister Dzifa Ativor in December 15, 2015, with Woyome tasked to raise funds for the project.
