Leaders of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) on Saturday visited the family of Kwabena Boadu, the campaign member, who died on Thursday.
Kwabena, an aide to NPP vice-presidential candidate, Mahamamdu Bawumia, died of electrocution in an hotel at Wa in the Upper West Region, where the party was campaigning.
NPP leaders, including Nana Akufo-Addo and Bawumia, and several other members of the party looked very sad as they consoled the family of Kwabena.
Bawumia, who worked directly with Kwabena, is said to have been the hardest hit by his death.
He has said that he is devastated by the loss of "my younger brother, friend and colleague".
