The recently dismissed general secretary of the All People's Congress (APC) political party has stated that the party's flag-bearer stole the New Patriotic Party's (NPP) manifesto.
Mr. Razak Kojo Opoku, recently dismissed general secretary of the APC, has spoken out against his former party and stated that the party stole the New Patriotic Party's manifesto. Speaking on Adom FM, the dismissed party official stated his allegations and went on to say that he was ready to assist police investigators should he be arrested.
The dismissed official went on to state that, "[the APC is] agenda-setting political party established to destroy another political party" and "the APC's manifesto is the NPP's manifesto."
But disqualified 2016 presidential candidate Mr. Mahama Ayariga stated that the former general secretary is "engaging in dirty politics because he is bitter," and called on the NPP to order the former general secretary's arrest.
Mr. Razak Kojo Opoku's revelations come after his dismissal from the APC due to his public endorsement of New Patriotic Party 2016 presidential candidate, Nana Akufo Addo, after APC flag-bearer, Mr. Mahama Ayariga, was disqualified by the Ghana Electoral Commission.
