Mahama's preaches peace days to December 7 elections

As all political parties close down on their political campaigns ahead of the December 7 general election, President Mahama has called for peace especially at the various polling stations.

In an address to supporters at Nalerigu at the start of his final campaign in the Northern Region, President Mahama charges Ghanaians to reject any form of provocation during the elections.

Mahama's comments come in the wake of bouts of violence across the country during the special voting exercise - a development which has seen the EC chair, Charlotte Osei, express worry over the safety of the December polls.
