A mother abandons her baby in a dumpster, then an elderly couple rescued the little baby.
Jimmy and Annette Alvarez were the ones to discover a tiny baby in a trash bin. They were looking for recyclable cans, when noticed the infant covered with only a towel.
The man got the baby girl out of the trash. Annette remembers the baby was cold and didn’t move. But when the woman started rubbing the girl she started to cry.

When the authorities were shocked when found the baby’s biological mother. A 13-year-old girl.
The baby was taken into a country’s care. But the the senior couple are hoping to adopt the baby girl. They would name her “Milagro.”
