Ghanaian actor turned politician, John Dumelo has reinforced his stance on whom he will vote in Wednesday's polls. He said that while he has lost business deals and his endorsement deals sabotaged, he was still going to stand for President Mahama.
He added that he had been threatened, stoned and abused because of his endorsement of President Mahama and the NDC, but that would not deter him from voting for them in the elections.
On Wednesday, December 7, Ghana heads to the polls to vote in the 2016 presidential and parliamentary elections that will determine the government that will rule Ghana in the next four years.
John Dumelo is among the may celebrities that have openly declared their stand in the elections between the two major competing political parties, the National Democratic Congress (NDC) and the New Patriotic Party (NPP).
