Disregard false story: Voting hasn’t been postponed in Jaman North - EC

The Electoral Commission has denied some media reports that voting has been postponed in the Jaman North constituency in the Brong Ahafo Region to continue tomorrow, Thursday.

But the EC has vehemently rejected the reportage on its official Twitter handle [@ECGhanaOfficial].

“Jaman North: Voting has NOT been postponed. Deliberations in progress but no decision has been taken. We'll keep you updated #ghanaelections,” the EC tweeted.

According to earlier reports that voting had delayed in all the polling stations in the constituency because executives of the National Democratic Congress in the area expressed worry over the voter transfer list which they claimed was bloated by over 30 names.
