President-elect Nana Akufo-Addo is promising Ghanaians an improved standard of living under his administration come January 7.
"I am extremely concerned, that the next four years will see a marked improvement in the living standards of the people of Ghana. The Ghanaian economy has taken a hit in these last three or four years but we believe with discipline, with hard work and correct set of policies we should be able to bring the country back to prosperity," the president-elect said whilst speaking to the Governor of the Imo State in Nigeria Owelle Rochas Anayo Okorocha, Monday.
Nana Addo is currently on a 3 day visit to Nigeria as he plans to enter into bilateral talks with President Muhammadu Buhari.
Meanwhile the governor of the Imo State, Owelle Rochas Anayo Okorocha has congratulated Nana Addo for his victory in the just ended elections stating that;"I think this is the right time for you to be the president of Ghana," he said adding, on behalf of the 5 million people of this great state we shall build a bridge straight to Ghana."
