With his side losing 1-0 to Mukura FC, Camara missed a golden opportunity to score when his header struck the cross bar.

Out of frustration he picked up what appeared to be a charm in the goal post of Mukura area.

Apparently, the Mukura goal keeper had put the charm there to prevent Rayon FC from scoring.

As soon as Camara removed the charm, he was chased the Mukura goal keeper and players, forcing to flee back to the dugout to avoid a near-lynching.

He them handed the charm to his teammate who was on the substitutes' bench.

Camara went on to head a cross home into the Mukura net seven minutes into injury time, earning the equalizer.

The development has caused the Rwandan Football Federation to amend local regulations, making it illegal for players to "show suspicions of witchcraft".
