Black Stars captain Asamoah Gyan seems to suggest that the transfer move by the Argentine striker, Carlos Tevez to the Chinese League has vindicated his decision to move to the lucrative league.

Gyan who was defending Tevez’s move to the Chinese League said: “Tevez's decision, like his, is justified”.

Tevez has finalized a high-profile move from Boca Juniors to Shanghai Shenhua, signing a deal reportedly worth £615,000 a week: making him the world's highest paid footballer.

Gyan, in series of tweets, took a dig at fans and journalists who criticised his £227,000-a-week move to Shanghai SIPG in in July 2015, saying [SIC] "now they will understand. Why didn't they do a program on Ghana tv and insult him (Tevez)? I'm waiting for that program."
