The Member of Parliament for the Abuakwa South Constituency, Samuel Atta Akyea, has said that president-elect Nana Akufo-Addo is a blessing to Ghanaians.

According to the legislator, God listened to the cries and worries of Ghanaians and as such oversaw the ascension of Nana Akufo-Addo in order to deliver Ghanaians from harsh economic conditions.

The lawyer said this at a charity event in his constituency where he donated bags of rice, cooking oil, assorted drinks, sugar and other items to the SOS Children’s Village at Asiakwa in the Eastern Region on Christmas Day.
“In the spirit of giving during this season, the constituency executives and I decided to come here and spend Christmas with you by donating these items. Small as they are, we hope they will be of good use to the children here.”
The Abuakwa South Constituency used to be the seat of president-elect Nana Akufo-Addo until he 2008 when he first run for the presidency.
