Outgoing president, John Dramani Mahama has charged Ghanaians to rally behind the president-elect, Nana Addo Danquah Akufo Addo.
During his final state of the nations address, President John Dramani Mahama debunked claims that there were seeming tensions between them.
Narrating his times at parliament with president-elect Nana Addo, President Mahama revealed that "Nana used to have a white linen handkerchief in his pocket. He used to call me Johnny whenever we went for lunch".
Mahama's last address in parliament formally ushers in Nana Addo Danquah Akuffo-Addo as president elect come January 7th.
