What a man can do, a woman can do better!
24-year-old lady from Zambia, Thokozile Muwamba, has been reported to be the first female fighter pilot after completing her training with the country’s Air Force.
The young lady was said to have joined the military in 2012 and went further to pursue her dream career of being a pilot, when she quit as a first year student of Copperbelt University (CBU). Explaining why she chose her career, Muwamba said:

“Men are not a competition but counterparts that one should work with, and hence women should begin to participate and realise their abilities. Because of this understanding, I am ready to undertake this task ahead of me. I look at the fact that when I am in the aeroplane, the aircraft knows no one as it depends on my input even if I am a woman. I can also give it the right steering for it to respond correctly.”
Also speaking with Times of Zambia, was Brigadier-General Kapunga, of the ZAF base added that the second Lieutenant who emerged as the first female fighter pilot, is a clear example that women are progressing.
However, going through her page on Instagram one can easily tell that the beautiful young lady is in a relationship as she gushes about her sweetheart on her page.
