The head belonging to a deceased woman, Ms. Sarah Korkor Mormorbi Wormenor, has been found in a container 50 meters from the prime suspect's house.
The container, which houses a make-shift alcohol distillery, belongs to the prime suspect's brother, one Emanuel Wormenu. Both the head, and the body have been transported to the Police Hospital in Accra.
Ms Wormenor - who is thought to have been decapitated by her boyfriend, Mr. Kingsley Adowa Kisseh - was last seen in the company of her boyfriend at about 10:10 p.m on January 8, 2017. The two had allegedly gone out together and, according to the prime suspect, had a good, after which they went their separate ways.

The following day townsfolk found the victim's headless body in a bush with multiple stab wounds, they also found the knife the perpetrator used to carry out the heinous crime.
At this point the townsfolk went over to Mr. Kingsley Adowa Kisseh's home and subjected him to a severe public beating, something that took the intervention of the assembly member for Bedeku Electoral Area , George Ahuahey, to rescue the suspect.
Mr. Kingsley Adowa Kisseh, who's home is situated a mere 300 meters away from the victims home, was taken into police custody following the beating he suffered from the townsfolk.
Assistant Superintendent of Police (ASP) Juliana Obeng, Public Relations Officer (PRO) of the Tema Regional Police Command, confirmed the story and expressed that the police service's investigation into the matter was still ongoing.
