The acting editor of the General Telegraph, Bismark Bebley has been killed in a gory accident in front of the Kasoa police station in the central region according to reports.

The accident according to eye witness occurred in the mid-afternoon around 1:15pm on Friday after a trotro bus with registration number GE 8252-12 with failed brakes ran over him and a policeman as they stood by the road.
The deceased was stopped by a policeman who wanted to check his papers when they said incident occurred.
‘The policeman stopped Bismark to inspect his papers when a trotro driver approaching them failed brakes running over them,’ the eyewitness revealed.

Bismark was rushed to the Kasoa Polyclinic where he gave up the ghost but the policeman who sustained minor injuries has been admitted at the Korle Bu Teaching Hospital where he is responding to treatment.
The body of the deceased person has been transferred to the Korle Bu morgue.
