The King of Swaziland King Mswati III will be attending the final funeral rites of the Asantehemaa happening this week, along with representatives from Saudi Arabia, Unite Arab Emirates and Uganda.
According to Kwame Adinkra, the spokesperson of the Funeral Organizing committee who spoke to Accra FM, "The king of Swazliand is expected to be here, representatives from Dubai, Saudi Arabia, and Uganda are all expected to be here.”

The body of the late Queenmother of the Ashanti Kingdom will be laid in state starting today January 16 till Thursday when she will be finally laid to rest.
All the chiefs and traditional leaders in Asanteman will pay their last respects to the Asantehmaa, in a file past, with the Ashanti King, Otumfuo Osei Tutu II being the last pay his respects today, and will proceed to receive condolences from well-wishers.
Many other traditional leaders will troop in to pay their last respects to the Asantehmaa on Tuesday and Wednesday, with the President and other dignitaries attending the final funeral on Thursday.
The Asantehemaa is the longest serving queenmother of the Ashanti Kingdom, who died last November at the age of 111.
