A pastor has been arrested and detained for prophesying that President Robert Mugabe of Zimbabwe will die in October 2017.
Controversial Zimbabwean preacher Patrick Mugabe was arrested outside a court in Harare on Monday, January 16, and charged with undermining the presidency by claiming the longest serving African president will die later this year.
"He was appearing at the court on a different matter when police arrested him during a break and charged him over the prophecy," Mugabe's lawyer, Gift Mtisi, said as quoted by AFP.
