The pomp and pageantry that has characterised the final funeral rites of the late Asantehemaa, Nana Afia Kobi Serwaa Ampem II, continued into its third day at the Manhyia Palace in Kumasi.
Among the series of events was a cultural dance by a group of beautiful Ashanti women.
The expertly-executed dance held scores of spectators spellbound.
The dance marked a continuation of the brilliant display of Ashanti tradition that has characterised the funeral since Monday.
On Tuesday, stars from Kumawood, including Lil Win, Nana Ama Mcbrown, Wayoosi, and Emelia Brobbey, also stormed the venue to pay their last respects of the fallen queenmother.
The funeral will continue till Thursday when the Asantehemaa will be laid to rest.
