It appears that either the picture was uploaded to social media with the consent of the three teenage girls or the did it themselves.
The picture has renewed the debate about a corroding of moral values in Ghanaians society.

One social media user described the picture as "saddening" and questioned what the word was coming to.
Using and trafficking marijuana is unlawfully in Ghana, as experts have determined that it is harmful to the health.
