Outspoken wife of the vice president Ghana, Samira Bawumia was recently captured sharing a smile with former president Jerry John Rawlings at the funeral of the late Asantehemaa, held in Kumasi.

The two politicians who belong to different factions in the world of Ghanaian politics, seemed to have been having an interesting conversation about something fans and observers cannot guess.
Ever since the photo was posted online, people have been having a go at captions that could have been the likely conversation; from a possible alliance to form a new political party together to they admitting their admiration for each other.
Samira and her husband, Dr Mahamadu Bawumia attended the funeral in Kumasi together with other high profiled dignitaries, in an effort to lend their support and condolences to the King of the Ashantis whose mother was the Asantehemaa.
Samira also paid respect to some of the dignitaries who were at the funeral including former president John Agyekum Kufuor.
She also paid due respect to traditional rulers who were present at the funeral grounds, sharing a smile at different points with some of them.

The second couple of the Republic have become one of the most admired couples in the country due to their charisma during the 2016 election campaign and their outspoken nature.
Samira Bawumia is being hailed as one of the most beautiful second ladies the country has every had, and her role in the election campaign made her even more prominent in Ghanaian politics.
