Weddings days are the epitome of stress, any bride can attest to this. The only thing worse than a stressful wedding is a stressed-out bride.
Here are three things you should never do the day before your big, white wedding:
1. Do not deprive yourself of sleep.
If you love having a beautiful face without eye-bags, then please get at least 10 hours sleep. It may be longer than you are sued to but you will need every minute of it.
On your wedding day, you could be awake for 24-hours straight so best to sleep well before so you are not grumpy or worse, fall asleep mid service.
2. Do not eat past 7pm that night.
No matter how great your body is, a bloated tummy is very bothersome. You will want to look your best because all eyes will be on you, so do not eat late and let your last mean be something light.
Also eat something that doesn't boost up your metabolism so you don't abandon the service in search of a toilet.
3. Do not be intimate with your fiance.
Whether you and your husband have been intimate or not is not up for relevant to this taboo. Your wedding night will be more special if you have waited a few days or so before being intimate. Else your 'wedding night' would be just another night or the same as the night before.
