2016 Presidential candidate and founder of the Progressive People's Party (PPP) has urged government to concentrate on the needs of the country instead of digital Migration.
Dr. Paa Kwesi Nduom has said that the Government of Ghana must focus it's limited resources towards addressing the 'needs', something he felt was not being done according to the statement he posted on his personal Facebook profile.
“The new administration should spend its time on those matters that fall in the ‘need’ category,” the successful business mogul.
The PPP founder goes on to advise the incoming Minister to solicit the private sector and allow it to fill the void in areas where government funds don't necessarily have to be spent.
"To the incoming Minister, I say, engage the private sector and let the market fill the void. Only the best and cost-effective solutions should prevail in the end."
