The head of Ghana’s senior national team coach, Avram Grant’s is being asked to roll by a group of annoyed football lovers, led by ex-Black Stars player, Sammy Osei Kuffour.
After the Black Stars’ heart-breaking loss to Cameroon in the 2017 Africa Cup of Nations semi-finals, the former world class footballer said live on TV that the country could do without Grant whom he feels has not done much for the team as a coach.
The former Bayern Munich defender, who is now a constant pundit on South Africa-based SuperSport, ripped into the former Chelsea manager as the chief cause for the team's inability to end their trophy drought in Gabon.

An incensed Kuffour was uncharitable to Grant and did not mince words in blaming him for the washed out campaign.
''I'm pissed. [Avram] Grant must go. He spends all his time outside the country and does not develop any local talent. Ghana football is in crises and I'm worried about the youth,'' Kuffour remonstrated after the final whistle.
Ghana were beaten 2-0 by an inexperienced Cameroon side in Franceville on Thursday.
