National Organiser of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), kofi Adams has refused to take back the cars that were seized from his Tema residence after it was invaded by National Security operatives.

Men dressed in military uniforms reportedly invaded the house of the NDC national organiser and took away five of his cars.
Adams himself was then outside the country, however the caretaker of his house – Nana Kofi Adams who is believed to be his cousin – confirmed the story.
And according to Nana Kofi Adams, two of the cars were later returned, however, he declined to take them back insisting he had already lodged a complaint for the police to take the matter up.

“Last night (Thursday) at about 11pm, I saw government officials at our gate with one Pick-Up and a Land Cruiser,” he narrated in an interview with Kasapa FM.
“I asked them of the remaining of the three cars because they took five cars away, they told me their colleagues were on their way with the other cars.
“For the sake of inventory, I told them to send the cars to the police station because I have lodged a complaint there. And that I cannot accept the cars in the house. But I am just coming from the Ashaiman barrier police station and I was told no car has been sent there, so as I talk to you, I don’t know where the cars are.”
