The commission for human rights and administrative justice (CHRAJ) has finally been petitioned over the stinking parliamentary bribery deal involving energy minister, Boakye Agyarko.

This petition, filed by Listowel Nana Poku, is praying CHRAJ to thoroughly investigate these allegations despite the setting up of an internal committee by parliament.

Should CHRAJ take on this petition, this would be the commission's first state investigation since the appointment of Joseph Whittal as CHRAJ boss by former president Mahama
