Two members of the Black Stars team, Christian Atsu and Daniel Amartey, have been named in the CAF Best XI by the CAF Technical Study Group after the competition on Sunday.
Both Christian Atsu and Daniel Amartey were listed in midfield, although Amartey played in defence for Ghana throughout the completion, except in the third group game against Egypt.
The CAF Best XI had three players from Cameroon: Goalie Fabrice Ondoa, Michael Ngadeu and Christian Bassogog.
Runner-up Egypt also had two players: defender Ahmed Hegazy and Roma Stars Mohamed Salah to the team.
