High Court judge, Justice Habib Logoh has sued investigative journalist Anas Aremeyaw Anas for fraud.

Justice Habib Logoh was one of the judges indicted in the judicial corruption scandal when Anas released his expose.
In 2015, investigative journalist Anas Aremeyaw Anas released a video indicting several High Court judges for their roles various corruption scandals, including placing money ahead of justice.
The expose led to several judges being dismissed, with others going on suspension.
Last year, Justice Derry filed a suit against Anas and his firm Tiger Eye PI, challenging the legitimacy of the investigation.

Justice Logoh – who was also indicted in the expose – has now filed his own suit against the investigative journalist and his firm.
He holds that Anas and his firm, Tiger Eye PI, do not have the “capacity to conduct private investigations into the Judicial Service without a licence/permit from the Minister of Interior pursuant to the Police Service (Private Security Organizations Regulations), 1992 (L.I. 1571).”
In a writ filed on February 1 2017, Justice Logoh wants an “order terminating the impeachment proceedings as a result of the unlawfully procured evidence by the 1st Defendant.”
