The township of Bimbilla has been brought down to ashes with thousands of civilians fleeing for their innocent lives as armed police weigh in on rebels.
But even when things were expected to get better with the imposition of a 4am-6pm curfew, close to 10 persons have already been declared death with hundreds other injured.
The standoff, which is believed to be due to a chieftaincy and ethnic clash is feared to have claimed lived and properties.
